Just Time
Bought a Gigaware VHS to DVD Converter to record Hi8 to DVD.. Why is it just recording seconds at a time?
All looks good with the video & audio.. It will just record sort clips at a time.. First one was 17 sec. then 10 then 15… I am trying to transfer home movies to a DVD.. I have Vista.. How can I make it record like hours at a time?? Thanks (If you have any other ideas please let me know)
Check the system requirements of the Gigaware device to make sure you you have enough resources needed to perform the conversion. Working with video requires a fast processor and lots of memory. Make sure you close any open programs running in the background, especially anti-virus programs. de-fragmenting your hard drive helps as well.
