Macadamia Cookies: Should I use white or brown sugar?
I have two recipies that are exactly the same, except sugar. It calls for 1 1 / 2 cups white sugar, and other calls for 1 / 2 cup white and 3 / 4 cup brown. Which do you like cookies? Thank you!
It's really a matter of personal choice and what you like the taste more. Sometimes I love the brown sugar because molasses subtle, and moisture sugar, so I choose the recipe with brown.
